What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge. You don't need to call us.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment details are collected at the time of booking confirmation. Corporate accounts may be invoiced monthly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please contact us directly for details.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. We offer simplified billing for regular corporate clients. Contact us to discuss your firm's needs and set up an account.
Can you accommodate extra luggage or special equipment?
The Escalade ESV has exceptional cargo capacity and can accommodate multiple large bags, golf bags, ski equipment, and most oversized luggage. Let us know your needs when booking.
